1. Commitment and Attendance
- Volunteers are encouraged to commit to the agreed schedule and inform us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend.
- Please be punctual and ready to contribute during your volunteering hours.
2. Professional Conduct
- Treat everyone—colleagues, beneficiaries, and the public—with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
- Follow the instructions and guidance of team leaders to ensure smooth operations.
3. Confidentiality
- Respect the privacy of the people we serve and the sensitive information you may come across.
- Do not share personal or organizational information without prior permission.
4. Health and Safety
- Ensure your own safety and the safety of others by following health and safety guidelines.
- Report any incidents, concerns, or hazards to BFUK promptly.
5. Representation of the Foundation
- As a volunteer, you represent Babulilm Foundation UK. Please act in a way that reflects positively on the charity at all times.
- Do not engage in any activities that could harm the foundation’s reputation.
6. Expenses
- Volunteers are responsible for their own expenses unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Any pre-approved reimbursements must be supported by valid receipts.
7. Non-Employment Status
- Volunteering with Babulilm Foundation UK is unpaid and does not create an employment relationship.
8. Feedback and Support
- If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, we encourage open communication with the team. We’re here to support you in your volunteering journey!
9. Termination of Volunteering
- Either you or the foundation may end your volunteering at any time, preferably with notice, to ensure a smooth transition.

Donation Transparency Disclaimer
At Babulilm Foundation UK, we are committed to ensuring your donations make the greatest possible impact. To keep our charity running smoothly and effectively, 10% of all project-based donations are allocated to covering essential operational expenses.
This small portion helps us:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects efficiently.
- Maintain accountability through proper record-keeping and reporting.
- Ensure we have the resources to continue our work for those in need.
The remaining 90% of your donation goes directly to the specific projects you support, whether it’s providing education, clean water, or assistance to orphans and widows.
