3. Donation Terms
By making a donation, you confirm that:
- You are a UK taxpayer and eligible to claim Gift Aid.
- You understand that your donation will be used for the charitable purposes of Babulilm Foundation UK .
- You agree to Babulilm Foundation UK claiming Gift Aid on your donation, if eligible.
4. Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, Babulilm Foundation UK can claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you. Please note that Gift Aid can only be claimed on donations made by UK taxpayers.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your donation, please contact us within 7 days of making the donation. We will refund your donation in full, minus any Gift Aid claimed.
